Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We will review it and reply if we can help. If we cannot take the work, we will say so rather than over-promise.
Custom work
Software, POS, HR, websites and related services are scoped per project. Fees, timeline, ownership of code, hosting and support are agreed in writing before paid work starts. Nothing on this website is a fixed-price package unless a written proposal says so.
Intellectual property
The Futurix name, logo and the design of this website belong to Futurix Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. Product screenshots and marketing artwork shown here illustrate systems we build; they are not a licence to copy those interfaces.
Ownership of software delivered to a client is set out in that client's agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or send malicious or unlawful content through the contact channels.
Limitation
This public website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Futurix Technologies is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of marketing copy on these pages. Liability for delivered software is defined in the relevant project agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, unless a later contract says otherwise for a specific project.
