What this website collects
The public website does not run user accounts or an analytics platform of our own. The enquiry form is sent to Futurix so we can reply to you.
If you use the enquiry form, you may provide:
- Name
- Business / company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The service you are interested in
- A description of your project
Submitting the form sends that information to futurixtechnologie@gmail.com. You can also email or call us without using the form.
How we use enquiry information
We use the details you send so we can understand the request, reply to you and, if we work together, deliver the project. We do not sell that information.
Cookies and hosting
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies of its own. Your browser, network provider or the hosting environment may still create standard technical logs (for example IP address and requested pages) as part of delivering the site.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may process technical data according to its own privacy policy when those files are requested.
Software products we build for clients (for example HR, POS or accounting systems) have their own data handling, which is agreed in the relevant project or service arrangement — not on this page.
Retention
Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, then according to our ordinary business email practices.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what information we hold from a previous enquiry, or to ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation to keep a record. Write to futurixtechnologie@gmail.com.
